6. Medical Marijuana Ordinance (CF-09-0360) – Discussion/Action to adopt resolution supporting City Attorney’s proposed Medical Marijuana Collectives ordinance and request addition of an emergency clause. Sunland-Tujunga currently has 14 sites throughout the community.

11. Announcements: Please note these are the Monday dates for the rest of the year for our LUC meetings in 2009: Nov 23rd. Dec 14th. These have all been booked in the big room at the NVCH. There may be some changes if we need to (as time goes on) or additional "Special Meetings". If we have Special Meetings you will find out by email or by checking the web site at www.stnc.org -- All meetings to be held at North Valley City Hall. Announce: Next STNC Board Meeting is November 18 (**DATE CHANGE DUE TO VETERANS DAY HOLIDAY**) at North Valley Neighborhood City Hall. Review LUC meeting dates for 2010.
