Community Plan Meeting Dates

New Community Plan for Sunland - Tujunga - Shadow Hills - Lakeview Terrace - East La Tuna Canyon

What will your community look like in 20 years?

The Los Angeles Department of City Planning is updating the land use plan for this area and will be holding community meetings to hear your input

What’s important to you?
Traffic * Transportation * Housing * City Services * Neighborhood Character * Trails, Parks, and Open Space * Neighborhood Amenities and Services

> Share with us your thoughts about your community: what you like and don’t like, what should stay the same, what should change.
> Tell us what it’s like to live, work, shop, move around, raise your children, and take care of elders in this community.
> Meet your neighbors and get to know your community.

What is a Community Plan?
• An official guide for the next 20 years that designates land for a range of uses: housing, jobs, schools, parks, transportation, & services
• Encourages the economic, social and physical health, safety, welfare and convenience of the people who live and work here
• An important tool in the development of this part of the City that needs to be kept up-to-date with community input
