Public Hearings: Pursuant to PRC §§ 21080.20.5 (b)(2), the Lead Agency will conduct four public hearings (plus a webinar will be available on-line) for the purpose of soliciting oral and written comments from interested parties. Each public hearing corresponds to a geographic area (Hearing Area) that includes a group of bicycle lanes proposed for that area. The staff presentation at each hearing will exclusively focus on those proposed bicycle lanes for that Hearing Area. See Table 1for the list of the proposed bicycle lanes by each Hearing Area, and Figure 1 for to view the proposed bicycle lanes within Hearing Area Boundary. The webinar will review the traffic and safety impacts of the entire list of proposed projects.
