At the April 11 STNC Meeting, Ed Novy, STNC Board Member and Neighborhood Council Budget Advocate for the North Valley and STNC presented the Mayor's certificate for STNC submitting the most 2012 Budget Surveys. Congratulations Sunland-Tujunga!
