The Audio Sport property has sold and the new owners have applied for a change of use to a market. The LUC has submitted a comment letter regarding the change. Since the letter was submitted to the City, the applicant has done work on the site that was not on their plans. Specifically, the fencing along the Foothill Blvd. sidewalk. We are looking into this with the City and the applicant.
