Free Sterilization Day to income-qualified dog owners who are City of Los Angeles residents on Saturday, August 29.
Through the generosity of the Jason Debus Heigl Foundation we will sterilize dogs of all breeds at the East Valley Animal Care Center, 14409 Vanowen Street, Van Nuys.
The Amanda Foundation will bring in their Spaymobile and will also utilize the new state-of-the-art spay/neuter clinic inside the Center, working towards a goal of sterilizing 100 dogs.
