Our meetings rely on input from the stakeholders of Sunland-Tujunga.  Stakeholders are requested to fill out a “Speaker Card” to address the Board on  any item of the agenda prior to the Board taking action on that item.  Comments from the public on Agenda items will be heard only when the  respective item is being considered. Comments from the public on other matters not appearing on the Agenda, but which are within the Board’s  subject matter jurisdiction, will be heard during the Public Comment period.  Public comment is limited to 2 minutes per speaker, unless waived by the presiding officer. Board. Agenda is posted for public review at North Valley Neighborhood City Hall, Sunland-Tujunga Chamber of Commerce, Sunland Senior Center and other sites throughout Sunland-Tujunga. In  compliance  with  Government Code section 54957.5, non-exempt writings that  are distributed  to a majority or all of the  board  in advance  of a meeting,  may  be viewed  at 7747 Foothill Blvd., Tujunga, at our  website  by clicking  on the  following  link: www.stnc.org or  at the  scheduled meeting.  In addition, if you would like a copy of any record  related  to an  item  on the agenda, please contact the STNC office. 7.     Discussion/Action approve comment letter to the City Planning Commission regarding Citywide Design Guidelines Ordinance- Dean Sherer 

8.     Homeless Count Presentation – Mark Seigel

9.     Discussion/Action to send letter of support for the recommendations by DONE General Manager

·                      No cut to NC budgets

·                      Support $250,000 for as needed DONE staff

·                      That DONE retain control of elections

·                      That we include in our letter this is supported by BONC, LANCC and VANC

·                      And STNC to participate in the Elections Task Force meetings that will explore collaboration with the City Clerk.
