100,000 HOMES CAMPAIGN -- MORE VOLUNTEERS ARE NEEDED.  We now have 45 volunteers registered. About 50% are college students, 40% are community residents, and 10% are healthcare/social service agency staff.

Please join us in helping end homeless and pass on the information and register today. Also, share on your Facebook.

As part of the 100,000 Homes Campaign and the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) 2013 Homeless Count, the Sunland-Tujunga Homeless Working Group is holding a survey and count week in the communities of Sunland and Tujunga.

Sunland-Tujunga Survey and Count Week:
January 28 -31, 2013

Volunteers will be placed in teams of four and each team will be assigned to a selected area in Sunland and Tujunga.  Teams will identify homeless persons and conduct a short survey and count.  Community members are especially encouraged to participate.
