**The Mural Ordinance is scheduled to be at the City Council's Planning and Land Use Management Committee (PLUM) Meeting on Tuesday, November 27, 2012. The Meeting will be held in the Board of Public Works Edward R. Roybal Hearing Room, room 350 in City Hall, 200 N. Spring Street, and is scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM. At that time, there will be a public hearing on the item. If anything changes, I will let you know.
