5. Discussion/Recommendation: Presentation of Cell Tower Proliferation/Regulation by Barbara Kohn, President Pacific Palisades Residents Assn. an all volunteer organization concerned with issues of environmental protection and community preservation.
Motion/LUC recommendation: The Board of Sunland-Tujunga Neighborhood Council respectfully requests that:
1. With the City attorney’s guidance and consistent with his recommendations, the City enact a comprehensive new ordinance with clear and consistent standards and procedures regulating all wireless telecommunications facilities in the City, authorizing regulation of aesthetics and providing protection to communities and residential neighborhoods to the full extent of the law.
2. The City immediately impose a moratorium on all wireless telecommunications facility installations in the City and/or applications for approval of such installations in the City.
6. Discussion/Possible Action re: Presentation of AT&T Co-Location at 10189 Tujunga Cyn. (Community Christian Church) cell tower by Margaret Chang representing AT&T (Noah McCoy, Dept. City Planning invited).
NOTE: The LUC recommended approval for the TMobile redesign of the existing Verizon tower with increased height on 10/5/09. Addition of AT&T changes the overall design.
7. Early Notification Announcements, Public Hearings for Sunland-Tujunga
a. 6433 La Tuna Cyn (Verdugo Hills Golf Course) – early notice for VTT 69976
b. 10051 Pinewood - Clearwire rooftop WTF on existing apartment building.
c. 11370 N. Alethea Dr., Sunland – Clearwire request for 80 ft. hillside WTF where 45 ft. allowed.
8. Status updates on:
a. Foothill Blvd. Corridor Specific Plan – updates, status and progress on various sites
b. Angeles National Golf Club – Status on conditions

d. ADU Ordinance draft
