The applications have been filed for development of a 100% affordable housing project at 10046-56 Samoa in Tujunga. Preliminary plans were previously seen at the Land Use Committee meeting for 62 units, 70 parking spaces. The plans filed are for 64 units and 81 parking spaces. The site is within 500 ft. of Bolton Hall Museum. There are many impacts that the committee communicated to the developer and to Council District 2. Now that the application has been filed, a new presentation will be requested.
At the Monday, August 15 Land Use Committee a sub-committee was formed to review the project details and report back to the Land Use Committee at their next meeting on August 29.
