In collaboration with the Kiwanis Club of Greater Highland Park, Local East area Neighborhood Councils and parent/teacher/student associations, the North East Los Angeles Coalition and community leaders from Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Arroyo Seco, El Sereno, Elysian Valley, Lincoln Heights and MountWashington.
