STNC Request for Moratorium on WTF in Public Right Of Way

At the Feb. 10, 2010 STNC meeting, the board approved the Land Use Committee recommendation for a moratorium on Wireless Telecommunications Facilities in the Public Right of Way until an ordinance can be passed by the City Council. This issue has had widespread interest across the City of Los Angeles.
