•community complaints re: mobile fast food trucks open in Sunland
7. Discussion/Action: 8330 McGroarty, Sunland – Property owner Luke Vella, Commissioner Andrea Alarcon and neighbors will attend with update regarding possible street widening and curb in lieu of berm. History: 11-18-09 STNC board supports property owner and surrounding neighbors to keep as existing. 1-11-2010 City Public Works Commission votes to deny the removal of 10 Coast Live Oak Trees and improvements to not include any curb, gutter or sidewalk installations but research regarding a berm. 2-22-2010 meeting discussion to focus on possible widening and berm and LUC recommendation to support Sandra Poppinck’s letter.

10. Citywide Hillside Ordinance Update
a. Motion: Allow for native plant rescue landscaping requirements in Hillside areas where specified, in order to preserve/protect native plant genetic diversity in hillside areas with remaining wild and native habitat.
b. Announce Workshop on Feb. 23 (Tuesday) at North Valley Meeting 5-8 p.m. Council District 2 Field Office. To download the Preliminary Proposal Handouts, please visit the City Planning website (http://planning.lacity.org) and click on "Plans & Ordinances" on the left, then click on "Proposed Ordinances" and then "Baseline Hillside Ordinance”.
11. 11900 Big Tujunga Cyn. – Tujunga – Update re: Parking, Littering & Partying complaints in this area.

14. Announcements: Next LUC meetings are March 1 & 15, 2010.
Next STNC Board meeting is Wednesday, March 10, 2010 starting at 7:00 p.m. at North Valley Neighborhood City Hall.
