At Monday's meeting we will meet with a representative of the Samoa Apartments proposal. If you have an interest in this proposal which we understand will be 48 apartments with 81 parking spaces, please plan to attend the meeting.
Also, early notice has been received regarding a proposed cell tower on Verdugo Crestline. This tower is to be installed on an existing SCE tower and is within the Scenic Corridor Specific Plan area. An application for the subdivision of land on Las Lunitas has also been received. If you know anyone in these areas, please let them know about these proposals. The LUC would like to hear from them.
