DWP Bill to High?

As announced at last Wednesday's STNC meeting, the next Energy & Environment Committee will be a discussion about a motion requesting the LADWP to report on the status of the new Customer Information System and LADWP's efforts to address customer concerns associated with inaccurate bills and long customer service wait times. The STNC has heard SEVERAL complaints about high and inaccurate bills and the difficulty associated with getting resolution. This is YOUR opportunity to weigh in either by speaking at the committee meeting which will be held at City Hall in Room 1010 (10th floor) or writing your letters. It is important for this committee to hear from you. Councilman Fuentes is the Chair of this committee and the author of the motion. See agenda for more details.
