Dear Clean Water Supporter: Here at LA Stormwater, we're big fans of the color blue. It's the color of clean water, and it's the color of our Los Angeles Dodgers. To honor that connection, our first ever Blue 4 Blue clean water photo contest is going on right now. Submit a photo of clean, blue water and you'll be entered into a contest to win a voucher for two Reserve Level tickets for a Dodger home game. But you've got to hurry! The contest ends this Friday, August 10. As Vin Scully would say, 'Here's the pitch!" 1. Take a photo that includes clean water. We know you've probably got some great photos of our local rivers, lakes and beaches - waves crashing on the Santa Monica Bay shore, water flowing through the Los Angeles River, the serenity of one of our many urban lakes. 2. Visit our blog by August 10 and upload your picture. Be sure to include a brief description of the photo! 3. Wait to hear if you're one of the lucky winners. We'll announce our two random winners on the LA Stormwater Facebook page on August 14. So, send us a home run of an image, but hurry, because the game's almost over!
