Daniel Hackney, Environmental Supervisor II with the LA City Bureau of Sanitation gave a presentation on locking trash bins at our last STNC meeting. Unfortunately, the City does not have a plan set in motion to provide locked trans bins. Several neighbors are interested in finding a solution to this problem and Mr. Hackney is interested in hearing from you.
