If you have any comments you would like to be seen by the Commission you can always submit written comments (see the instructions included in each CPC Agenda, available at http://cityplanning.lacity.org/ in the "Meetings & Hearings" tab on the left side of the home page).

On a related matter, staff is still processing the comments received at the Hillside Kick-Off Meetings held on February 17, 19, 23, 24, and 26, 2009. Staff is also working on reducing the file size of the materials presented at the meetings and make them available for those who were not able to attend. We will distribute this information when it is ready by posting it on our Department website or by sending it via email. If you have already asked me to add you to the interested parties list, or provided your email address (legibly) on one of our Kick-Off Meeting sign-in sheets you will get an email when it is available for download.
In order to reduce the number of unwanted email regarding this project, this will be the last unsolicited notification regarding hillside-related code amendment activity. PLEASE ASK TO BE ADDED TO THE NOTIFICATION LIST IF YOU WANT TO CONTINUE RECEIVING UPDATES.
