Requested Action:
1. Amend Article 4.4 and related provisions of Chapter I of the Los Angeles Municipal Code.
2. Direct the Planning Department to provide additional explanation and supplemental
information to the City Council prior to its consideration or approval of the CEQA clearance for the sign ordinance.
