I'm excited to report it's been approved by the City and the permits have been issued - it's really happening!
I've planned three workdays next month - March 9, 16, and 23. We'll remove the Fountain Grass and apply mulch on March 9, finish applying mulch on the 16th (if we don't manage to get it all done on the 9th), and plant our local native plants on March 23.
