DETAILS:
As part of its ongoing, extensive outreach on potential water and power rates actions, LADWP will conduct webinars targeted for residential and commercial customers, featuring a live presentation by LADWP General Manager Ronald O. Nichols, followed by a question-answer session, and comment period. During the webinars, participants will have the opportunity to provide LADWP with important feedback on the rates proposals via an online survey. To register for a webinar, click here.

Customers and other stakeholders can also complete the online survey at any time. The survey provides key information on the challenges facing the Department, basic business needs and strategic investment options, and can be completed in about 10 minutes. Those who have not already attended an in-person collaboration session, or participated in a webinar, are encouraged to first view a video presentation before ranking the importance of each of the seven potential strategic investments in water and power that the Department is considering including in a final rates proposal.
