In case you are planning to attend, speakers will be called who wish to offer concrete and specific suggested changes to the staff recommendation. There will be an occasion for those who are for or against the ordinance to be recognized, but there will not be a repeat opportunity for speakers to simply testify as being for or against the ordinance, as that has already occurred and will occur again at the City Planning Commission hearing on June 14.
